January Book Club Selection (Poll)

By

I’m excited to begin a new year of reading with In Between the Lines! For January, I’ve gathered a shortlist of books suggested by readers across Instagram, Fable, and this blog. These stories explore identity, memory, grief, and becoming, and they invite reflection and thoughtful conversation.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to leave suggestions. Your input made this list possible and helped shape our first read of 2026.

I would love your help choosing the final book. You can cast your vote in the poll below or leave a comment with your choice. Voting will remain open for a short time before I announce the January selection.

Our discussion will take place on Fable, and I look forward to sharing thoughts and reflections with everyone there.

Thank you for being part of this reading community. I can’t wait to dive into the first story of the year together.

      Hi! Yes, absolutely!

Unfortunately, we’ve already finalized our nine options for January, and you can choose from those in the poll. Please feel free to suggest your book at the end of January, when we’ll be selecting our new read for February.
